It took me a bit to get the shot in the correct location. Still miss occasionally. Originally lasted as long as 2 hours. When not as effective Doctor changed mix (about year 2). It is getting less effective again, down to about 30 minutes. Will talk to Dr again next appointment. I use regular syringe. I'm at what my pharmacy labels as standard level 2. They have 10 standard levels. Definitely worth effort in my opinion. I get a little sting when inject but not bad.

No real incontincontinence issues. Keep up with my kegels. Orgasms are pretty much same as before.

yes I’m using Trimix and it works great. There is some discomfort after the injection if the boner lasts too long. I’m going to switch to Bimix and see if that works as well without the achiness afterwards. I also bought an auto injector off Amazon to inject as I as starting to have more difficulty injecting myself.

I started on Trimix but it was to achy after..went to Bimix and like it much better. I inject about 10 units or slightly less and can last about an hour or less depending how fresh the batch is.

Good to know Matt. Thanks. I’m usually boned for a few hours. It goes down after a glass or two of wine. Can’t get used to the needle. A few times I’ve swelled up (not in a good way). How often do you use it? Do you alternate sides? I’ve got so many veins. LOL Stay in touch

I do but tend to gravitate toward the left side, less veins. Always go for the 10 o'clock position and avoid veins if you see them.. I did that once so I'm pretty careful.

I used it and ended up in the ER with priapism. Switched to Bimix, but I found it painful and not all that effective. Eventually, I began to get spontaneous erections on a scale of 7/10, and that has been fine enough.

My urology PA suggested I self-stimulate my penis several times a week, which I did for several months before seeing results. I tried oral meds - Viagra, Cialis, Levitra - and they all gave me the same intolerable side effects without any benefits. I tried all the oral meds before giving the injectable meds a try, but I just couldn't tolerate any of them. After about 12 months post-surgery, my erections came back somewhat. As I said, they are about a 7/10. However, my orgasms are, of course, dry - also no incontinence while erect - but the orgasms are very short-lived and I lose the erection almost immediately after reaching orgasm, and the feeling is less intense than it was pre-surgery. I'm also smaller in length and girth; and strangely I have developed peyronie's with about a 25-30 degree angle. Luckily, I am strictly a bottom, so I don't worry about penetrative sex, but it still seems odd that it should have developed this way. My surgeon thought the peyronie's odd also, but he says he has seen other patients experience some shrinkage only to regain full size after a while.
