A question about Trimix, for Tops & Bottoms.

This is a "Weird" question. Correct me if I am wrong - there is a general expectation that the TOP is always virile, hard and ready to go in a jiffy. Do you know of any TOPS that use BiMix or TriMix because they have ED issues? Also how about bottoms - do you know of any that use iMix or TriMix because it makes them feel great during sex?

Yes, tops use trimix. Back in the day we had parties where it was used recreationally. Why would trimix make one feel great? It's just a mechanical erection, not a psychological one.

When you say "It's just a mechanical erection, not a psychological one", does it feel different, After all it is again the blood in the penis that causes the erection either way...?

When your brain triggers an erection it is part of a sexual cascade that culminates in orgasm. ED pills (Cialis, Viagra, Levitra) only help create an erection if your brain is into it too. Trimix creates an erection regardless of whether your brain is into it or not - it causes blood to pool in the penis. If your brain is not into it, a trimix erection will not culminate in orgasm. Things "feel different" depending on how the brain perceives them.

I am a bit lost. I would imagine that the urge to have sex (Straight or gay) would come from the brain. That would be precisely why one would have a shot or trimix. Wouldn't it then guarantee orgasm?

Do you mean to say that with Trimix, one could go on for long and still not "cum"?

With trimix, you have an erection whether you want to have sex or not.

you are probably right but that doesn't make sense,

well, given how I feel about getting an injection in my dick I sure as hell wouldn't take it unless my brain was really into it

Well most people say that it “hardly hurts”, but that’s subjective.

I was scared of insulin needles too and when my doctor said it doesn’t hurt, I didn’t believe her.

She was right. It doesn’t hurt more than a pin prick.

I guess you won't understand until you try it.

Does the erection go away after ejaculation?

You mean after orgasm. You don't ejaculate. It lasts until it wears off.

Excellent and Eloquent explanation and so true. That is why I decided not to get an implant or continue the injections. Although on second thought the injections Force blood into the penis and is a secondary effect that could be helpful very much like night term erections

excellent and eloquent explanation. This is the reason why I decided not to get an implant or continue the injections. However, the injections do Force blood into the penis and ultimately could help in nurturing a penis blood vessels with blood very much like nocturnal erections do

I occasionally use TriMix and I like it. It's true that the idea of sticking a needle into your penis is scary and I can't say that it doesn't hurt. But the pain is bearable and you are not going to do this every day. As for it being "mechanical" that is sort of true but if you are in the frame of mind where you want an erection this is not an issue. You are psychologically aroused and you want an erection. You will have it and it will be good. If you were not even thinking about sex or wanting an erection then you wouldn't use it. The erection usually goes away shortly after orgasm but you have to be careful not to inject too much or you could get a priapism. Your doctor will explain this. You have to start with a low dosage and experiment until you find the right dosage for you. I have never had a priapism but I did have some erections that lasted a while after orgasm and I started to worry but it never became a serious problem. Also you must be careful to inject the trimix into the right tissue, the corpus cavernosum. If you inject it into a vein or just under the skin, it will not work and it will be wasted. And the medication must be kept refrigerated or even frozen. Heat will ruin it. If you keep it cold it will last well beyond its expiration date. Good luck and good health to you.

" If you were not even thinking about sex or wanting an erection then you wouldn't use it. "

I know guys who are on androgen deprivation therapy, and have no libido (i.e., who are not thinking about sex), but use trimix for their partner. Others use it to maintain bloodflow periodically to the penis.

Hi,

Thank you and EVERYONE else that has replied to my question.

You said that that there are people who have no" libido (i.e., who are not thinking about sex), but use trimix for their partner".

Question: What purpose does this serve if there is no libido... ?

It provides pleasure to someone one loves.

For my part, BiMix gives an erection. Not particularly comfortable erection for that matter. This may be because tissues are being stretched when they have not been stretched from normal physiology. I do not experience any better, more erotic feelings because my penis is hard. Orgasm does not make it go away. It goes away when it goes away. That is dependent on the dose I use. I am still undecided about whether an erection is worth all of this. I can still have good, emotionally satisfying sex without a hard penis.

Is it possible that once you adjust the dosage, you might have the right hardness, and duration? '

The nearest thing I can say is insulin. Have more than your body needs, and you end up with low blood sugar - dizziness, blackout, being disoriented, etc.

It takes a bit of time an effort to have the right dose, and then you are fine (with the combination of the right diet and exercise).

Hope this helps!

Yeah. I am just starting with the BiMix and trying different amounts. When I used TriMix gel I had horrible pain in the perineum, so strong that all I could do was lie down with an ice pack. No way I could use that erection that it gave me. So I am being pretty conservative with the injections.

There's an assumption being made here by essentially everyone: That the men still have a brain to penis nervous system connection. That's not the case in men who have spinal column injuries, or other neurological disorders, that interrupt the typical feedback loop of brain to penis, and then penis back to brain. This loop has to work for erections to happen, even in cases where PDE5 inhibitors (like Viagra and the other ED pills - all of them work through PDE5 inhibition) are in use.

There are men, for example, who are paraplegic and quadriplegic, who would like to get an erection (whether they can feel it or not) so that their erect penis can be shared and enjoyed with someone else. For these men, Tri-Mix and similar injections are pretty much the only available therapy that's been demonstrated to work, with results enjoyed by both parties.
