Starting pelvic floor rehab this week. Still no erections with cialis. Frustrating. UI has not improved.

Try Trimix once or twice a week. Are you pumping everyday?

Cialis 10 MG used to work for me but now even 20 MG doesn't have much effect. Levitra seems to be more effective.

I found that the pelvic floor rehab helped me quite a bit and I highly recommend it. There is much more to it than simply "....go do your kegle exercises..." which is what my Drs. told me. I know everyone is different but it took me 4 months of exercises before I saw improvement. I still have a bit more to go after 7 months but I am definitely in a place where I can comfortably carry on my life as normal including traveling quite a bit internationally (with pads of course.) I wish you all the best.

I highly recommend pelvic floor rehab with biofeedback. It's the strangest thing but I think it really helped me dry up.

I also recommend bi-mix injections. They made me rock hard with plenty of play time. Keep experimenting until you find something that works. Without normal erections atrophy will set in, I know as I lost about 1.5 inches and I didn't have that much too start with so it really hurt.

Kegels do work. They helped a lot, although I still had some leaking up to year 3 post surgery. My doctor was a little surprised that I hadn't improved to what was expected. He recommended cutting back on caffeine, which I did (half and half...I could never not drink coffee) and that led to a big improvement. I continued with the kegels, and now I rarely have any leaks or dribbles. When I go to work I still use a light pad, as I do at the gym, but 90% of the time it isn't necessary. I'm not 100% "safe" in any situation, but am pretty damn close. My suggestion...keep at it, integrate the changes into your lifestyle, and don't let this slow you down.
