Look into MUSE - the same idea. It's not as effective as injections.

Hi Grampie, This is my first time hearing of a topical gel form of Trimix. I am contacting John Mulhall's office to ask for their thoughts. Thanks for update

Yes. Provided at $180 for a month's dose by the Men's Health Center at my local hospital. It is compounded at a local pharmacy, one reason for the added expense. My response was probably not what most men experience. The Tri-Mix gave me a nice erection at about six weeks after surgery. Happy me! The instructions for the Tri-Mix warn of a perineal "ache" (in the "taint"). For me, it felt more like I was giving birth to a coconut. When I used the gel I had to lie on the bed. I could not stand or walk. I got so spooked from this that I really hated to keep using it and finished the month's supply rather late. I did not ask for more. I was prescribed Bi-Mix which did not have the same coconut-baby effect but did not give an erection either. That was my experience. Others may have a better and different story to tell.
