I’ve been diabetic since the late 80s. Well controlled. So more concerned about possible rise in sugar levels during my forthcoming trip. Will be seeing endocrinologist today

I have an insulated cup I carry around with insulin, and glucose tabs when I am not sure where will be later in the day. I stay on a diet as close as I can and put extra food in boxes, which I sometimes throw way when I get home. Having fun is more important than worrying about diabetes for me. So have fun!
