Exosome Test…Intel?

I’m one yr post-HDB . 3 years ago I had the urine Exosome test which uses 3 high grade prostate CA markers. If it’s above 15, a biopsy is recommended. Mine was 55 so my process began. I progressed from low risk to favorable intermediate in 1 year and got treatment. Prolaris 3.5, Decipher 0.5. None of my docs can answer the question, then or now, about why nothing points to high risk disease except the exosome test, and that my genetic testing seems to trump that. Not much I can do except wait & see. Tall Allan, ru out there? Your intel is the best I’ve seen.

The exosome test only indicates high risk of having (GS≥7) prostate cancer, not high risk prostate cancer.
