Thx for the link! I like the guide from PCF, got it couple of years ago and I’m convinced it’s a good overall guideline (and updated regularly). I switched to a plant based diet in 2018 but started to add some fish (makrele, sardines, salmon). My experience tell me, that adding fish (instead of related supplements) is really helpful for some blood values and overall strength. There is also a study, that fish intake is related to better overall survival for men with prostate cancer.
