I have some Cribriform. Age 72, T2A, T2B, PSA about 7.0 when SBRT was done. PMSA clean. On 18 months ADT (month 9). PSA is now .06 stable. What is the the takeaway here?

Probability of biochemical recurrence (BCR) and metastases/death of prostate cancer (event free survival-EFS) after prostatectomy based on GS. So not sure if it is also valid also for SBRT.
