Prostatectomy 2014 non invasive except for small area of urethra

2017 developed non invasive bladder cancer. BCG was not effective. Had bladder removed at ucla by Dr Raz. He rebuilt my bladder utilizing an Indiana Pouch procedure

Have had no further issues
