leaking

Had Hyfu treatment 6 years ago. Still wear pad. As far as erection, still not even close to the way it was. The only one that works is tri mix injection. Doctor suggested a sling for leakage.

Has any one had one put in?

He describes no problems with either and has no complications with the mesh.

I know nothing about how my upcoming prostatectomy will affect my incontinence, but as far as erectile function is concerned, if injections are satisfactory for you, good for you.

If you want to learn a lot more about erectile dysfunction (ED) and its treatments, check out FrankTalk.org. I post there as Lost Sheep. It is a legitimate non-profit site populated by men with genitourinary issues (principally ED) and does not permit spammers, etc.

After my surgery, I may have incontinence issues which I will address if needed. the sling is one solution, but the "nuclear option" appears to be an artificial urinary sphincter (AUS) one pumps up to retain urine and releases the pressure to release urine. Involves a surgery, too.
