One of the men here mentioned Dr. Aaron Katz. He seems to be very immersed in the PCa world, and I bumped into this talk he gave in 2020 regards various salvage treatments following radiation...........

BCR after RT appears equally successful whatever method is chosen, but SBRT seems to have the least side effects.

Nice table Mark !! Yes, his talk dealt with other factors and considerations that were equally or more interesting than those statistics, IMHO. Would be interesting to see survival numbers when compared to the non-curative ADT path? And breakdown by various grade groups?

I hope we will figure out useful CTC or exosomes markers to better evaluate both the likelihood of recurrence as well monitoring the effectiveness of treatment beyond what we learn from PSA.

I am somewhat in a similar situation. I have a BCR after having EBRT in 2004-5. This is happening now in 2023. I actually had the biopsy in 2021. HD brachytherapy was recommended but decided not to have more radiation. Not sure if either cryo or HIFU will be curative and/or suvpccessful. Have you made a choice?
