Hi just want to say I finished my IMRT . I did 26 treatments along with Bicaltulamide 50mg and a Decapeptyl 6 month shot. Apart from excercise and getting a blood analysis a few months down the line I was wondering if there is anything I could do perhapslike an occasional fast , or any suggestions of nutritional value (includng supplements ) The center and my radio oncologist really doesnt have any suggestions along those lines . Ita been 2 months since I began taking action and a great deal of that was the result of the encouragements and advice I received here. Thanks again everyone. Much appreciated.

Resist the urge to tinker. You just had a great therapy with proven results. That said, I used daily ED meds for 6-9 months to protect the penile vasculature. Using your equipment (sex or masturbation) may be beneficial too.
Agree with TA. Yes, to exercise. Yes, to ED meds. Yes, to sex/masturbation. Keep parts working, so to speak. Penis pump, perhaps.

I'm with you. Most everyone agrees with TA. Clear and direct to the point Iam glad the treatments ended and I'm enjoy the excercise as well. I 'm determined to go the course, enjoy what there is to enjoy and not muck up the treatment i received.
