Hi Guys, thanks to you Darryl and Dr. Lin for this informative discussion. I'm 57, PSA 5+, 3+3 in one core (less than 5%, I believe), very enlarged prostate. Would love to learn more (or be directed to recommended reading) about the correlation between an enlarged prostate and PC. Also, any correlation to your knowledge about my Mom taking DES while carrying me and PC? Donation made. Thanks again.

Very informative and helpful, although i did hear in his voice he was being very specific and opinionated on his studies or ones he's involved with ... was not impressed with some of his answers they were standard answers you hear from your own urologist .. disappointed in the fact he does not believe anything you eat with help with your diagnosis when so may studies have been done . We all know heart healthy and exercise is the standard of care for everything . You are what you what you eat very true , but can you say that pre diagnosis and post diagnosis ....who knows.... thanks
