I just had a 3 month psa test and the number bounced up to 1.65 from 1.25 three months ago. Should I be concerned about the current number? When should I take the next psa test?

Below are my historical psa numbers. I had a couple of bounces a year ago.

PSA 11/27/20 (1.65), 8/21/20 (1.25), 3/19/20 (1.69), 2/18/20 (`1.84), 2/3/20 (2.46), 1/28/20 (4.06),11/26/19 (1.68), 10/19/19 (2.03) 9/5/19 CA (1.4), 7/19/19 (1.91), 4/16/19 (2.58), 1/21/19 (3.8), 8/29/18 (7.84), 7/9/18 ( 7.82) 5/15/18 (7.15) 10/16/17 (6.07) 3/3/15 (4.06) 9/24/14 (4.69) 10/18/13 (3.79) 3/22/12 (3.97),

I wouldn't worry, your PSA seems to be bouncing around in a small range. You need to watch for three bigger rises in row.

Thanks for the detailed onfo Mike, It would be helpful to know what other factors are involved - for example are you on any other treatments? are there any lifestyle/eating changes which can be crrelated with the ups and downs?
