Just had a bone scan a few days and was told i have pathologic fractures on my ribs, compression pathologic fracture on L5 and pelvic bone. Any suggestions for prevention and caring for these breaks. back in January i sneezed and almost passed out from breaking a rib. However these breaks have just made me uncomfortable and have very little pain. Is there a chance of doing more damage to myself with broken bones (punctured lung). Thanks

Sorry I don't have advice for you but wanted to send my thoughts and prayers that you will receive relief from this. Has to be scary along with everything else PCa. Best wishes brother!
Are you on a bone preserver like Xgeva? That can help. Exercise will also help strengthen bones but I wouldn't recommend that if you have fractures (ask your doctor, etc, etc)
Looking at your history, your first goal should be to get the cancer under control (obviously?) A bone strengther may provide minor help with this because it makes it harder for the cancer to invade the bone, or do my oncologist claims.
I can partially sympathize with your situation. Before my diagnosis I cracked a rib leaning over the edge of the bathtub trying to clean out a hair clog.
Have you had a DEXA scan? If your dental problems have been fixed, you can get Xgeva or Zometa to prevent further bone loss, fractures, and spinal compression. Also, monitor blood calcium and Vitamin D - supplement if low, but don't supplement if not needed, as it can cause problems.
I use Calcium 600mg twice a day and D3 2000 IU once a day.
When my PCa was diagnosed there were leisions in several places on my bones - found in an MRI for pain issues - which eventually pointed to the prostate with PSA of 340 +
that was Feb 2017 - been on Lupron ever since.
What kind of problems could the Calcium and D cause ?
all my Drs are aware of my taking these supplements
thanks
Calcium supplements have been associated with fatal prostate cancer and increased cardiovascular issues:

Vitamin D supplementation may decrease bone mineral density and has no effect on cancer:

Supplement only if your blood levels are abnormally low.
I’m on Zometa, next treatment is June. I have been on it for 2 months. My levels of calcium and Vitamin D are good. ME’s are just getting out of control. Just stopped chemo yesterday, wasn’t working.
Be wary of passing gas..........
