TA, what’s your thoughts on heart related side affects associated with ADT. I just did an echocardiogram and my “ejection fraction “ was on the low end at 50 to 55% , my “left ventricle was mildly dilated” and “mild mitral regurgitation”. Could those be related to my two years on Zytega and Lupron?

I haven't seen anything correlating ADT with mitral valve problems or ejection fraction. What does your cardiologist think?

Mitral regurg. is very common. I have it, and have never been on ADT. I get an echocardiogram once a year.

BTW, ejection fraction is often ELEVATED with mitral regurg. Just have your cardiologist follow it.
