He doesn't mention hormone therapy.

He’s focused on conventional primary treatments. I’ve asked him to follow up with a part 2 on advanced treatments. Thanks for your interest!
He doesn't mention Brachytherapy, either the low dose permanent seed version or the high dose temporary implant version. Both are radiation treatments but aren't the side effect profiles somewhat different from those for the external beam radiation therapies he does a nice job summarizing?
