Weaning advice please

I had sex with my boyfriend about three weeks ago , he came in me . I had my period two weeks later , it lasted 3 days .

I have done two pregnancy test and they came back positive. I have had my hcg levels checked and there going slowly going up.

I took a pregnant test 2 days ago and it was positive but this morning I started bleeding, could it be a miscarriage?
