I took a pregnant test 2 days ago and it was positive but this morning I started bleeding, could it be a miscarriage?

Is it heavy bleeding? I know some ladies had implantation bleeds and spotting and had healthy successful pregnancies

It is heavy now with some clots.

If I were you I'd go see if I can be checked out. I hope all is ok

I would try and get seen by your GP, or go to a local walk in centre. A lot of ladies on here have had implantation bleeding (as llcj said), try not to worry. Hope you're ok X

Yes, cramp like pains and terrible back ache.

Do they feel strong enough to make you want to take paracetamol? Any worse then what you would consider period pains? How far gone do you think you might be?

I just noticed that my period has been delayed so decided to take a test, so it might have been about 3 weeks. The pains are like period pains and whenever I feel the cramp like I am letting out clots. Deep inside me I feel I am losing this pregnancy.....

I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way, I too have lost on two occasions.

The miscarriage association website is great for advice and support :-( x

Thanks, it means so much to be encouraged by someone who has been there. I appreciate.

You can take paracetamol every 6 hours if you need to. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do to stop a loss., it is so hard not knowing what is going on in the body, take care and I wish you well. X
