Anyone had problems with Moses baskets not fitting rocking bases in Mothercare ?

Wasn't sure that the basket should slop around when being rocked. I was led to believe that all of their own baskets fitted their bases, the first woman that I spoke to was very polite later once I'd found the receipts, called back and was told that perhaps I was being over cautious! I explained that even rocking gently the basked slid from one side to another. I just wondered if anyone else has experienced the same. Good job I put it up early. Just don't throw away your packaging out of excitement like I did. But it's deemed as faulty by Mothercare so I still have my rights. Now for another weekend and a 60 mile round trip to do sigh.
