maternity clothes
I posted a question about this a few weeks back, have a look at what ladies wrote on there
I buy my normal size, coz they just add more room for your bump, but for me I might need to go up one size lol
"I might sound really negative now" but i think maternity clothes are too overated. It's just seems like a way to get more money from us "as if we shouldn't have better things to concentrate on buying" . During my first pregnancy i went from a size 10-12 to a 14-16 but hardly bought any new clothes. if i did i would just buy the next size up.
Try some things on if you're not sure, I went for the same size in jeans but a size up in tops to compensate for bigger boobs. New Look have a great selection online.
i am 30-th week pregnant and i never bought maternity clothes.its waste of many cuz afterwards u dont need them.i use my very comfortable stretchy sport clothes and leggings
I also where tracksuits! T-shirts or leggings or some times nick my partners clothes!!

I have started wearing maternity clothes since 2 weeks back, now 13 weeks. Carrying twins makes my bump quite prominent and my boobs have outgrown the normal size 10, so I went for a size up on the top but depends on the top if it's a slim fit or loose fit. In a way, I was pleased to start wearing maternity dresses, started to feel good about my bump, not having to worry if my dress may split when I giggle/ laugh. H&M have a few nice pieces. Good luck! x
Buy for original size. I'm 29 weeks. I bought h&m maternity leggings in xs( I was size8-10) and they are the most comfy investment as come over your bump. Maternity tights from mothercare and just wear tight jumper dresses I had already. I'd just get leggings and tights and stretchy tips, other items are overpriced and overrated I think!
I'd rather buy for my post baby body when I may not be so keen on showing off those wobbly bits!
Xxx
thank you for advice, I am only 13 weeks and haven't bought any yet, I was just wondering if I did what I would do size wise. As my baby is due in September the majority of the time I will be pregnant It should be quite warm so I will probably be in t-shirts anyway.
Advise from me .hi be careful when you buy , maternity clothes are bigger buy in the same size you were before .
I wear size 8- 10 (used to ) and bought maternity trousers size 12 cos i thought i need bigger one and they came MASSIVE !!
