I wouldn't worry! I had no symptoms in early pregnancy either and I'm 28 weeks now. My doctor wouldn't scan me until 8 weeks as there's nothing to see.

I'm 6 weeks today and the only symptom I have is lack of appetite ! I was also very worried about lack of symptoms. I have done 4 clear blue digital tests . 1st 2 come back 1-2 weeks the tue / wed, I had very slight symptoms that went so panicked! Did another cb digital the sun after 1st 2 ( last week - 4/5 days after) and that come back 2-3 weeks so my hcg must have increased , that put my mind at rest . I then did another 1 thur just gone (4 days after sun 1 ) that come back 3+ so again my hcg level must have increased.

This is my 2nd pregnancy and with the 1st my boobs were so sore and I had nausea , just a couple of hrs a day , I could just tell I was pregnant as I felt it in my boobs! He is now 3 people say u get mild symptoms with a boy , didn't really suffer the 1st time but not feeling anything this time! Also that as you have been through it b4 your body adjusts better!

I asked the exact same question last week on here - check out my questions ' think I'm just being paranoid ' & ' what pregnancy symptoms I did have seem to b fading ' some very reassuring comments.

Also booked in with my doc for midwife , i said I was concerned about lack of symptoms this time , he said having symptoms or not isn't an indication 1 way or another , that he didn't think any 2 pregnancys were the same although some might b similar , I expected to feel the same.

I'm Just going with the flow now and trying to relax , cos I'm sure me complaining of lack of symptoms will come back to Bite me on the bum !

Just take it as it comes and when, enjoy it.
