Hi there huni, the first thing you need to do is relax, you sound a little panicked. I'm pregnant with my second baby and trust me worrying won't do you or baby any good. I've had 2 miscarriages in the last year, but this baby is growing well thank you god. I know pains can be worrying but if your not bleeding that's fantastic. It's quite normal to have pains in the early weeks. Sometimes it's implantation cramps and you might also get a little bit of spotting. As long as you are not bleeding heavy bright red blood your baby is probably absolutely fine. I had pains for up to about 9 weeks then they settled. As for when you conceived it's usually around 14 days from the first day of your last period. Hope this helps all the best. Xx

Congrats on the pregnanacy sometimes you can get back ache and tummy cramps as everything is growing and adjusting to the pregnancy, as for when you conceived if your period is every 28 days you are most likely to have conceived 14 days after the first day of your last period however everyones cycle is diffrent if you google due date calaculators and put the date of your last period and length of cycle in they usually give you the due date and estimated date of conception hope this helps and the gp always add 2 weeks so if gp said 4 and half weeks pregnant then you would be 2 and half weeks from conception x

normally you date from the first day of your last period...unless of course your periods are very irregular, in which case you may need a dating scan...if you are in early pregnancy, the clearble digital tests can be quite good as have an indicator, but they are not 100% so best to use really only if you have an idea of when you concieved..the nhs have a due date calculator which takes into consideration your cycle length..try it out
