I am 9 weeks pregnant. I have been feeling queasy and very nauseated, which is all very good in terms of fetal development, right? But today I woke up feeling absolutely fine with no sense of food revulsion or anything. Does this mean I might miscarry?

To get some reassurance I recommend calling the NCT Helpline on 0300 330 0700. You can talk to an experienced antenatal teacher who can give you more answers and support.
