Hi all, looking for some advice

I’m starting my first post partum menstralcycle at 10 months PP and I’m honestly feeling dreadful. Nausea, unsettled bowels, no appetite, no energy - these aren’t my usual symptoms and I know they might be different PP but did anyone else experience this, and have any tips on what could help?

Thanks

I had all of this with my first pp period, I felt dreadful for weeks and thought I was coming down with something but was just my period. I had the most awful stomach aches, bowel movements, body aches, felt so sick and weak. It happened for the first couple of periods I had but soon settled as my body adjusted. What helped me was having my hot water bottle with me, and drinking lots of water as I couldn’t stomach anything else and lots of painkillers x

thank so much for responding, sorry to hear you struggled too but have been going mad thinking what this could be to make me feel so bad.
