I'm really sorry your experiencing this, perhaps you could reach out to a friend or family member if you need support if you're feeling scared and sad. Unfortunately no one can really tell you much on here about whether you're having your period or implantation bleeding. The only thing you could really do is take a pregnancy test and see what the results are and take it from there.

You'll need a pregnancy test to determine if you're pregnant.

It could be a sign of implantation bleeding but best surefire way of knowing is to take a pregnancy test. Best of luck!
