private scans

good evening all, I had a private gender scan few days ago, what are the chances it's wrong? I'm aware they arnt 100% accurate just some guidance. I have my nhs scan in a few weeks so will ask then also but I'm curious as it's the same gender that I lost my stillbirth too, so I'm still very anxious about the pregnancy but have trached 18&2 currently

Thanks

I think they say if they have told you it’s a boy then that’s accurate but if they say it’s a girl it’s not always 💯. having the 2 (if they say the same) from two different places should be pretty certain though. Congratulations xx

Thank you, I'm pretty certain they are right but you never know and this is the only pregnancy that I've had private scans for, I always just waited for nhs ones but with my anxiety the scans are more for reassurance than anything and to see the progress
