hello lovely, you Don’t say how far along you are but dark spotting can be normal. I had spotting between weeks 9-11. Always get checked if you are worried. Midwife’s can reassure you.

Morning. Spotting can be completely normal in pregnancy. I spotted in both of my pregnancies. Sometimes it can just be implantation bleeding. If it does get heavier along with any pain / clots then do contact your doctor.

I spotted after doing some cleaning. Freaked out as it was first pregnancy. Just phone the midwife, I was reluctant to as I didn’t want to bother them or look stupid. They are totally fine with you calling them whenever. They are all really helpful.
