I had my test after my 4 days bleed it shows again possitive what to do ?

I dont feel any kind of syptoms only heache when i talk much or lower back pain while sleeping. Some time farts and bloating.

I havnt done blood test yet . As my gp said wait till one month.

Anyone went through with same.
