42 and 7 weeks pregnant with my 4 my youngest is now 15 Very worried as my Pregnancy symptoms (morning sickness. Boob tenderness ) as suddenly stopped is this normal.

Hi, it can be.. I'm 16 weeks pregnant and symptoms completely disappeared between 7-10 weeks. Was completely convinced pregnancy had stopped, they gradually came back again around 10/11 weeks. I'd read lots of things about symptoms stopping for a few days then coming back but mine was a lot longer. I have however been on the other side of this a couple of times where symptoms stopped and things didn't progress with the pregnancy - this was a bit more gradual though than suddenly disappearing.

The midwife at my local EPAU explained that loss of symptoms aren't a good indicator of MC because they can be so different with each pregnancy.

Maybe give it a few days then speak to your GP or EPAU and see if you can get a scan if your symptoms don't come back and you are still worried (or book one privately if that is an option, some areas will only scan of you have bleeding or cramping). Although in all likelihood it's just hormones fluctuating. Keeping fingers crossed for you x
