Hi there… I’ve had 2 healthy babies (one at 20 and one at 30).
Now I’m 38.
Then I had a 4 year treatment for APL (leukemia) - at 33yo, chemo. They told me I would be sterile after that. Not true.
I had a miscarriage at 11 weeks (trisomy 21 baby on the maternity 21 test) his heart stopped beating. At 35. No bleeding. I realized at a drs appointment at week 12.
Second and third time around was ivf, very stressing, my eggs didn’t grow more than 3 days…. So we stopped.
After, we decided to stop, I got pregnant naturally again, now at 38 yo, another miscarriage at 7w5d. No bleeding again, realized at drs appointment at 9w5d.
What is happening to me? I need help and some recommendations… thanks

Really sorry for what you are going through! I had numerous miscarriages until I went on baby aspirin. I took it after a faint positive test until delivery. I know some people need progesterone but I'm not 100% on explaining that to you, so wouldn't want to give the wrong info. Have you had any tests? .x
Hi Natasha, i just had two miscarriages in the last 6 months and I am wondering what I can do different to try again and prevent the 3rd miscarriage. Did you decided to go on baby aspirin yourself or your doctor prescribed it for you?? Thank you.
Hi, I did extensive research and decided that it was the only option I had left. Once I had started my consultant told me to continue taking it until I was induced. I took it alongside vitamin e and raspberry leaf tablets which you use at different points before getting pregnant. I understand the desperation and heartache, I literally read so much on possible reasons and thankfully it worked. I was waiting got fertility appointment at the time. Wishing you all the best xx
Please be careful about taking medication or using things like raspberry leaf tea without consulting your doctor first, especially things like aspirin.
Thank you for your reply Natasha, no I did not have any tests done as NHS tells me that I need to have 3 miscarriages to be qualified for genetic tests. I dont know what to tell them to send me for those tests. I have read that I should get them as I am over 35 and had two miacarriages in a row. Does anyone know about it??? Thank you
I had 2 kids in my 20’s started ttc at 37 (different dad) we had 3 mmc at 12w 2 blighted the other grew to 9w then just stopped no reason found. Had mc tests and fertility tests all came back ok my Amh was low at 3.4 pMol I had a hsg tubes were clear then I had 2 chemicals then I got pregnant again sept20 my baby is 10w sometimes nothing is really wrong just because we’re older most of our eggs aren’t great but doesn’t mean it’s impossible. What did your clinic say any other factors/issues etc?
