Succenturiate (accessory) lobe

So I was at the hospital earlier in the week for a growth scan and in the scan they advised me I have a succenturiate lobe (or an accessory lobe) on my placenta... does anyone else have this or have had this in the past? It doesn't seem to be anything to worry about at the moment (I'm 31 weeks) but looks like it could potentially cause issues with the birth. Any advice or past experiences would be great 😊
