Sore skin in pregnancy 17+5 maybe TMI

Wondering if anyone can help. Not scared as such just wanna know what’s going on lol. I have a patch of skin on the bottom of my belly that is so sore to touch its hurting but no rash no redness nothing. A week ago I noticed a few red bumps over my belly which seem to be going down now but they never hurt or itched. Anyone had this in pregnancy or even had it and not been pregnant? It’s really bothering me the skin is so sore and its just that patch ☹️ Best way I can describe the pain is feels like I’ve been sunburnt and only in one little area. The pain is also travelling down my vagina and anus on one side weirdly but only on the surface/skin. I’m so uncomfortable and have no idea what it could be! Reached out to the midwifes but they show no concern as per. Can anyone help have u been through the same?

Did you take a picture of the rash at that point? Could it be shingles? Worth speaking to your gp about it,. although in all honesty limited options whilst you're pregnant.

Hi I don’t have any rash. I did have some spots but they are going my midwife said in shingles the rash usually appears after and I would generally feel unwell but I feel fine. I might try 111 if it carries on today x

The pain with shingles start before during or after the rash. I'd Google shingles rash and see if you red spots looked anything like it
