TMI Clump of discharge at 16 weeks

Sorry for TMI

Just been to the toilet and been constipated as I pushed I noticed 2 clumps of discharge came out the picture shows one of them. It’s really worried me. Is this normal? Has anyone else had this, could it be from straining? So so worried 😢

Hello! I have EXACTLY the same thing, happens quite regularly. I was on progesterone pessaries for the first 14 weeks of pregnancy so assumed it was because of those but I’m now 27 weeks & still get it so it seems to be completely normal. Sorry I’m not able to say what it is but just wanted you to know it’s nothing to worry about. I had it in my first pregnancy and now have a perfectly healthy little 2 year old so it doesn’t worry me in the slightest - just hormonal changes I guess!

Thank you hun you put my mind at rest a little bit! Midwife finally got back to me and didn’t seem to be too alarmed she said if I get more then maybe call triage or try GP for a thrush test, but I would definitely know if I had thrush as I suffer recurrently with it when not pregnant! Thank you again hunny ❤️

Normal ... that was me last week (I'm 16w too) x I think it's just where you strained xx only panic with discharge if it's a funny colour I think xx
