Positive Test but bleeding like a period!

Hello! I am in very early pregnancy, already have the terrible nausea like I did with my first child but yesterday i started bleeding just very lightly to start with a i thought ok this is spotting but as the day went on the bleeding got heavier like a period and now i am worried.

I have been up all night with the nausea and have a very strong metallic taste in my mouth. Been on all the sites and it says you can still have a period although not common.

Worried, should i wait for bleeding to stop then do another test?

I'd say call your midwife and see what they say. They might want you in for a check up

See if you can call the early pregnancy unit so they can see / scan you. Best of luck.

We don't have one here but I'm going to do a test once the bleeding has stopped.
