So lethargic nearly 20 week

Anyone else so lethargic in a morning I have terrible stitch taking the little ones to school and after having breakfast mornings are worse for me!today im so run down and not stopped eating

Have you been tested for iron deficiency? I was really tired and exhausted and it turned out I had iron deficiency and was prescribed iron tablets.

Iron tablets made me feel better but it took a few weeks. Good luck x
