Can toddlers bruise them self when pulling there ears when teething

Where is the bruise? I think it's highly unlikely unless they are really pulling them tightly for an extended period

Absolutely. I have 18 month old twins and the little girl is really fine with teething. My little boy struggles so bad with it. He tugs at his ears and they end up with little bruise spots in them. He’s been doing it since he started teething. Now I see it as a sign on how bad the teething is. So in answer yes they can bruise their ears.
