I and husband don’t have any health issues. I find my ovulation day by using easy at home stripes monthly and having intercourses these days but I don’t pregnant yet. We are trying around one year.

How can I get pregnant?
If it’s been over a year, you should make an appointment with your GP who should run tests to see if there’s any underlying fertility issues to explain why you and your husband haven’t conceived yet, good luck xx
I can only sympathise as we had the same thing. It is so much harder than we thought it would be! We tried for two years and had IVF for unexplained infertility in the end. I think lots of people are trying for a long time, it's just not discussed that widely. I concur with the other person about starting the ball rolling with the doctors. We did that after a year too and it took almost exactly a year to get through all the checks that led to IVF.
You might get a doctor who suggests trying for another 6 months before any action, depending on your age I would push back on that. I'm 37 and I wanted to get things moving. I just asked to speak to another doctor and it worked!
The first test for both of you is super simple and then you potentially go from there, you can still try in the meantime and I know lots of people who have got pregnant just before doing IVF. I'm not saying you want to do that btw, it's not easy but the tests will help you make an informed decision.
We were baffled as to why we couldn't do it ourselves, especially when we knew we were ovulating. One mistake we did make was only really doing it around that week (basically it ruined our sex lives). Apparently you do need to do it pretty regularly throughout so that the sperm renews.
Good luck!
Try sleeping after intercourse, do not get up, my sister In law struggled for 7 years, she did this and elevated her feet, putting pillows under her feet aswel and she got pregnant
