I’m 5 and a half weeks pregnant. Yesterday got really low blood pressure, a constant migraine and nausea that was on and off, felt dizzy and had a tight chest. Saw the doctor who said it must be due to dehydration. this has been my first and only time experiencing any symptoms while pregnant.
Is this common at my stage of pregnancy? And could this be a bad sign?
I don’t suffer from any sharp pains, vomiting or bleeding. Thank you. X

It could just be due to the increase in hormones in your body. And it does sound like dehydration. I found in early pregnancy I was so thirsty! But this is because your body is trying to increase the volume of blood in your body. Make sure you drink plenty and try to eat little and often - I found that helped with the nausea. Good luck with your pregnancy!
Hi, I had exactly the same thing in the first 4-6 weeks. Dizziness, low BP and the start of nausea (it only got worse I'm sorry to tell you) I was kept in hospital for a week but they sent me home once they found him! Now I'm 27 weeks and going strong so stay hydrated and rest, if the nausea gets really bad they will give you medicine that helps (a little). If you think there is really a problem or you get any strange pain in the shoulders or abdomen then talk to the EPU forget the doctor. My doctor missed my first being ectopic. I wish I hadn't panicked as much the second time though. Good luck and I hope you feel better, its a wild ride really!
hey, i have had this feeling since i was 5/6 weeks and im now nearly 15 weeks. i was basically told ‘well your pregnant what did you expect’. try to drink loads and rest as much as possible. honestly speak to the doctors as much as possible. its taken them 3 weeks to realise i had a sinus infection. ive got to have more blood tests etc but its because i knew that i werent feeling right and kept bugging them.
