I feel your pain! I could have written this myself. I’m almost 32 weeks & have been getting pains in my sides when trying to sleep for weeks. I have always been a tummy sleeper so adjusting to my sides has been weird.

I have a full length pillow to support bump and hips etc. but I can’t seem to last more than an hour or so before needing to switch sides. Is it just our body’s way of getting us used to sleepless nights?!

I’d be interested to see if anyone has any solutions!

Hope all progresses well in your last few weeks.

Katie

I am also the same! I too use a pillow and have tried some exercises which I found online which are meant to help.

Also I have found sleeping in our spare room bed is more comfortable as the mattress is softer and I have more room to move about, although that’s only an option if you have a spare bed. I hope that helps xx
