So it was bound to happen, after trying to stay away from as many people as possible, I’ve caught a cold. It’s not too bad, but I’m trying to stop it from getting any worse.
I’ve searched Night Nurse on google and it advises not to take it.
Just wondering what is actually safe to take while 8 weeks pregnant?

Urgh it's the worst not being able to bang back a load of pharmaceuticals! 😂 Olbas oil was my best friend towards the end of my pregnancy when I got a cold. Some people in line tell you to avoid it and the leaflet in the box is rather vague, however I looked I to the individual ingredients and there's nothing in there that rang any alarm bells. At night I'd sprinkle it all over my bed, put it in a humidifier (useful to have for when the baby invariably gets a cold) and on tissues on my pillow right under my nose! (Don't get it in your eyes! 😖) Good luck, it'll pass in no time I hope and huge congratulations on your pregnancy!!!! Xx
Paracetamol is the only thing you can take when pregnant.
I caught a cold whilst pregnant and was horrible, I have to dose up like anything. So I found this very hard, but paracetamol, honey and lemon, lots of fluid and eat x
