Good morning all. My name is Emma and this is my first post. I found out Monday 13th may that I'm pregnant with baby number 3. (Unplanned) I'm extremely nervous about having 3.

Still not sure how far I am yet but holy moly this sickness and exhaustion is all to much. I never experienced it so bad with the other two. And to top it off I now have a sore throat :-( anyone have any miracle remedies!? Xx

Meh... it's taking over my life lol xxx

Rest and fresh ginger in hot water (add lemon and honey to taste if preferred). The ginger is good for your immune system and the nausea.

Drinking it like this was the only thing that vaguely relieved my nausea in the early days. It wasn’t perfect but it helped.

Great tips thank you. Will give this a try. I have been having 2 finger biscuits before getting out of bed. And eating little and often but holy moly it's so tiring. First two times wasnt so bad but this is really something else xxx

I’m pregnant with my first after 3yrs of trying. I’ve had a lot of symptoms and have found it tough going much of the time...nothing like the pictures in the magazines/on tv.

I admitted to myself I needed some time out towards the end of the 3rd trimester and got signed off work for 2 weeks. Best thing I ever did!

I can’t imagine doing this with 2 other kids to care for too. You’re doing great, all you can do is take each day as it comes and don’t be afraid to ask for/accept help x

Aww wow congratulations to you.

Yes its especially tiring with 2 others and working full time also. Roll in mat leave Haha... yes taking each day as it comes now just hope this settles down soon so I can start to live again rather than be stuck in bed. Xxx

*being signed off was at the end of the 1st trimester (not third, as I typed in last message)

I am counting the days to maternity leave now! 😂 By 2pm i’m ready for a nap.

I hope things ease up for you soon x
