Confused

Hello I had a miscarriage on the 21st of Jan 2019 and my period came on the28th of February 2019 and it was up to the 5th of March 2019. Now I'm long waiting for my 2nd period it hasn't come. I had sex on the 6th and on the 26th of March all safe days and it was protected (condom). I took about 4 pregnant tets they all negative and I have cramps on my belly button. Watcan be the cause of my period being late cld I be pregnant even if the tests come negative. Has anyone experienced this? Please help I'm confused I'm planning to go for an ultrasound. Please help unlock this confusion that iam going through

I’m sorry for your loss.

It’s not uncommon for your cycle lengths to become irregular for a while after a miscarriage. It’s the hormones. Try not to worry too much and make sure you continue to use protection unless you are trying again for a baby.

Thank you I will try not to worry...will go for an ultrasound scan tomorrow to be sure...will let you know the results

Coming from my gynae I did ultrasound scan I'm not pregnant...I hope to see my period soon

Hi, sorry for your loss. I have always had a bang on 28 day cycle but since my MC in January I still haven't had a period. I too have been doing pregnancy tests etc. I think our bodies just get screwed by all the hormones and take a while to reset. Good luck x

My periods are on time but my cycles are the shortest they’ve ever been since coming off bc in may17 after 3rd mc they’ve been 22&23 so far I’m hoping this cycles longer as I ovulated one day later.
