Random Knee Pain

In the last 2-3 weeks, I've been getting some random, sharp spikes of pain on the left of my left knee cap. Is this normal, because it is really annoying and random.

I get this too!! Random isnt it! Think its just ligaments strecthing Ive got a deep heat ( but the blue cool version ) roll on thats suitable for pregnancy i rub some of that on it works wonders! Can use it on back ache too xxx

Have the same on my knee where I got surgery of crosses ligament and menisk 4 years ago... so not sure why suddenly this random pain 🤦🏽‍♀️

Hey I was at a pregnancy physio class and a girl brought this up. Apparently the relaxin hormone that’s loosening the ligaments in you pelvis area to help you deliver, is also responsible for loosening it elsewhere in your body. This means your joints have more movement which can cause discomfort and can also highlight old injuries.
