Hi Everyone,

I am 11+2 and am feeling so rubbish! I didn't find out I was pregnant until I was 7 weeks, as had no symptoms whatsoever! However, since then I have been sick an awful lot and the days I'm not sick I just feel nauseous all day!

Please tell me this will ease!!

Thanks in advance

Hi the sickness should pass in the next couple of weeks if not I think u can get medicine prescription if it’s really bad. Try eating small meals more often. Ginger biscuits is apparently suppose to help with nausea. I had the travel sickness bands when I was expecting with my daughter. Hope you feel better soon

Don't worry - sickness / nausea is very common during first trimester! With my first pregnancy it lasted till week 16, some women have it all the way through out the pregnancy. Let's hope you'll be lucky and it will stop very soon.

(I was so nauseous that I spent 8 weeks in the bed)

I know that it can make you feel very unhappy, but pregnancy won't last forever!

Big hugs,X

PS: ginger never helped me, however, small meals & often did.

It does ease, mine got better from 12 weeks, however I was on anti nausea meds from 4+3 (sickness and crippling nausea kicked in 4+1 😂) until the end, just didn’t need as much medication or feel as bad after the first trimester x

My nausea didn't kick in until 6+5 ... It's horrible! Today's the first day I have managed to work, get dressed, get out of bed in nearly a week.

I have tried keeping crackers by the bed. I hear eating little and often is good, I pretty much eat non stop! Three jacket potatoes already today... Haha! I find potatoes easy to eat.

I hope you manage ok. Fingers crossed it doesn't last past the first trimester.

My nausea went at about 10 weeks with my first. Most people find sickness eases off in the second trimester so not to go. All the best!
