Hi Everyone!

I have two issues.... The first one is a bit strange which I’m not sure if relevant to pregnancy.

I have especially at night been getting itchy hands and feet. The icthy hands is mainly on the palm. Any advice on this?

Secondly, I am not sleeping at night literally even if I have been awake all day I’m not sleeping :(

Any help is appreciated

:)

I would speak to your midwife about the itching as it can be something that needs to be monitored in pregnancy I think it’s a liver condition. It’s probably not but better to ask. I had itchy feet and my midwife wasn’t bothered at all.

Also it’s quite common to suffer from insomnia in pregnancy unfortunately xx
