Ask your midwife and they can normally prescribe a big bottle of stuff like gaviscon xx
You can also buy it over the counter if you are not seeing your midwife soon (or want to save the NHS some money 😀).
Sure you’ve heard it before but avoid large meals/spicy food/milk (lactose) or eating close to bedtime.
If gaviscon/Peptac doesn’t work, you can also try ranitidine. Good luck x
Gaviscon
Peptac is better than gaviscon in my opinion. But could try either really
Rennie, Gavidcon etc might work but if your acid reflux is bad as mine has been the last two pregnancies where I found myself pretty much sleeping upright... then the only thing that worked for me was Peptac! Highly recommended!
Liquid gaviscon or try love heart sweets!
Milk might help x
