They say walking down stairs and upstairs sideways helps . Sleep or lie on your left side too. Lots of sex as semen softens the cervix , stimulation on your nipples , raspberry leaf tea , and bouncing on a exercise or birth ball if you have one and spicy curry and fresh pineapple 🍍!! Hope all goes well for you hopefully not long Hunni xx
I had a sweep when I was 5 days overdue, all that day and the day after I bounced and bounced on my exercise ball, I went on to labor that night, best of luck xx
I been walking up and down the stairs like crazy. I been drinking the tea as well. I need to try bouncing on a ball. Hope i have this baby before induction day
Why are they already planning an induction? Is there another reason? Otherwise you can wait bit longer. Mine both came 40+6. I was booked for induction with both but didn't need it in the end. Did has a sweep with no.1 nil with no2.
I been having intense back pain since the beginning of my pregnancy. My dr had to put me on disability & now the pain is getting worse. Its hard for me to walk & my hands and feet are super swollen.
I have to say I tried everything and I mean everything that Sisi has suggested and nothing worked. I was induced with my second 12 days late having had some contractions. In the end I only needed the pesary to get things going and then my labour continued naturally. If you are already having some contractions this may be the case for you.
