Go and see the doctor
Sometimes during pregnancy women can experience vaginal dryness. If that's the case, then you might be getting microscopic tears of your skin every time you are with your partner. Try using h2o based lube next time you have sex and see if it helps. If it doesn't, book an appointment with your GP
