Hi ladies x

Being pregnant is amazing even with all the symptoms. Well, except constipation. That I can not manage so well.

So started looking around for natural remedies. Tried a few but there is only one which works for me, and that is psyllium husk. Not the powder or the pills, but the whole ones.

It works like a bottle brush, cleans you out. It's gentle, and turns into jelly when interacting with liquids then leaves your body and nothing of it gets into you.

I take a teaspoon worth mixed in with water in the morning and drink 4 dl water with it. Have my brekky within 1 hr after and on the toilet without straining max an hr after that. I repeat before dinner too. Sometimes I only do it before dinner. I sleep better, my heartburn is bothering me less and it's only been 2 weeks since I've started using it.

Worth reading up on it. I've asked my mw about it and she never heard of it and cautioned me to watch if I notice anything but so far so good!

Not saying it'll work for everyone, just saying might be worth a try for anyone with digestive issues regardless of pregnancy.

Read up on it tho, don't take my word for it x 😊
